Get grounded, centered and focused and ready for whatever the holiday season has to offer. This one-day retreat focuses on stabilizing and engaging the physical and emotional body. Release the unneeded and unwanted tension in the body and the mind through Yoga, meditation, Reiki, Tai Chi and Yoga Nidra. Leave feeling released, relaxed and ready for the holiday season.

Whether you are new to the whole mind/body connection or an experienced practitioner you will enjoy this day dedicated to Zen.
