Kyle is a martial artist and Yoga instructor. His passion is advanced body mechanics and alignment. He loves to teach and share the complexities of the human body and accessibility of Yoga. “There are so many people that could gain benefits from Yoga, but think that it’s not for them because they are not bendy college co-eds. I think Yoga is for everybody, regardless of body type. My aim is to make Yoga accessible.” He enjoys helping his students reach their goals whether that’s increased flexibility or getting into a tricky inversion.
